Fine-tuned AI model for exit chat reason tagging
- Exit chat responses are now processed by a fine-tuned AI model trained specifically on cancellation conversations.
- Churn reason tagging is more accurate and consistent across different types of responses.
- Edge cases and ambiguous answers are now categorised more reliably than before.
- Platform
Churn cost calculator on pricing page
- A churn cost calculator is now live on the pricing page.
- Enter your total users, paying subscribers, average monthly price, and assumed churn rate to see your implied MRR, estimated monthly revenue leakage, annualized leakage, and paying share of base.
- Helps founders understand exactly how much churn is costing them before they start.
- Platform
Churn comparison hub and head-to-head guides
- A single comparison page stacks Flidget against Churnkey, ProsperStack, Chargebee Retain, and ChurnRecovery—exit chat, drift scoring, integrations, and starting prices in one matrix.
- Each matchup has its own URL (Flidget vs Churnkey, vs ProsperStack, vs Chargebee Retain, vs ChurnRecovery) with the full table and FAQs tailored to that competitor.
- FAQs on those pages spell out pricing, founder fit, alternatives to enterprise retention stacks, and using Flidget with any billing provider—no sales gate required.

Drift summary counts stay accurate
- The totals at the top of Drift (all tracked users and each risk band) stay in sync with your data again.
- No change to how drift is calculated—this is about showing the right numbers in the summary cards.
- Dashboard
One-click chat deep links from Drift
- Chat tags in Drift are now clickable and open Conversations with user-based filtering.
- Support and retention teams can jump from risk rows to chat history in one click without re-searching IDs.
- Dashboard
Drift table brings back inline signal reasons
- The drift users table now shows signal/reason content inline again instead of pushing everything to a separate details page.
- Exit-chat reasons are surfaced as tags directly in the Signal column so teams can scan churn context faster.
- Rows with no reason stay clean with a simple fallback, keeping the table readable at scale.
- Dashboard
Dashboard times follow your timezone
- Conversation “Started” times, win-back follow-ups, and drift activity dates now read in your own time.
- No more confusing offsets when you check the dashboard from a different country than your hosting region.
- Platform
Demo section on the marketing site
- There is now a Demo page where you can schedule a short walkthrough with our team.
- Pick a future day and time slot; we confirm by email and show how Retention Copilot and Drift fit your workflow.
- Dashboard
Smoother Drift views and faster bulk testing
- Switching between Healthy, Risky, and Drifting keeps you near the user list instead of jumping back to the top of the page.
- Bulk drift testing now streams events in one pass so you can exercise many accounts quickly, without stopping after each user.
- You can still point the Retention Copilot widget at the same user id while you try things on one page.
