Changelog

What we've shipped recently across the product dashboard, widgets, and developer tooling.

Last updated .

  1. Platform

14-day free trial, clearer limits, and higher Starter/Growth quotas

    • We have introduced a 14-day free trial so you can explore everything before committing to a paid plan.
  2. Platform

Public product demo and richer sample data

    • Browse a full sample dashboard at /demo without signing in — Overview, Conversations, Insights, Drift, and Win-back.
    • Demo data uses realistic B2B scenarios: renewals, procurement, security reviews, and webhook incidents.
    • Drift cards and win-back queue match the real app layout.
    • Demo experience feels closer to a clean production workspace.
  3. Dashboard

Your dashboard can start with sample activity

    • When you first sign in, you'll see realistic example conversations, drift users, and a win-back queue—so you get how Retention Copilot looks with real volume, not an empty screen.
    • Use “Switch to live” when you want only your own data. Once you have real chats or drift-tracked users, sample mode tucks away on its own.
  4. Developers

    Flidget Web SDK 0.1.2

    • No more copy-pasting scripts. Install Flidget directly via npm with a single command.
    • Works with React, NextJS, Vanilla JS, and plain HTML/CSS sites via a simple script tag.
  5. Dashboard

Free vs paid drift rescue email delivery

    • Free workspaces now send drift rescue emails from Flidget (alerts@flidget.com) with a Powered by Flidget footer—no custom domain required.
    • Paid plans can connect a sending domain via Flidget under Configure drift email; domain setup is disabled on Free.
  6. Dashboard

Notifications center with unread tracking and web push

    • A new bell-based notifications center now supports unread/read filters, infinite-scroll pagination, and mark-read actions.
    • High-priority notifications can now trigger browser push alerts when web push permissions are enabled.
  7. Dashboard

Drift user archive controls are now available

    • You can now archive drift users to keep the active risk queues focused on people who still need attention.
    • Archived users stay out of normal drift triage views until you decide to bring them back.
  8. Dashboard

Fine-tuned AI model for exit chat reason tagging

    • Exit chat responses are now processed by a fine-tuned AI model trained specifically on cancellation conversations.
    • Churn reason tagging is more accurate and consistent across different types of responses.
    • Edge cases and ambiguous answers are now categorised more reliably than before.
  9. Platform

Churn cost calculator on pricing page

    • A churn cost calculator is now live on the pricing page.
    • Enter your total users, paying subscribers, average monthly price, and assumed churn rate to see your implied MRR, estimated monthly revenue leakage, annualized leakage, and paying share of base.
    • Helps founders understand exactly how much churn is costing them before they start.
  10. Platform

Churn comparison hub and head-to-head guides

    • A single comparison page stacks Flidget against Churnkey, ProsperStack, Chargebee Retain, and ChurnRecovery—exit chat, drift scoring, integrations, and starting prices in one matrix.
    • Each matchup has its own URL (Flidget vs Churnkey, vs ProsperStack, vs Chargebee Retain, vs ChurnRecovery) with the full table and FAQs tailored to that competitor.
    • FAQs on those pages spell out pricing, founder fit, alternatives to enterprise retention stacks, and using Flidget with any billing provider—no sales gate required.
