Changelog

What we've shipped recently across the product dashboard, widgets, and developer tooling.

  1. Dashboard

    Drift summary counts stay accurate

    • The totals at the top of Drift (all tracked users and each risk band) stay in sync with your data again.
    • No change to how drift is calculated—this is about showing the right numbers in the summary cards.
  2. Dashboard

Drift table brings back inline signal reasons

    • The drift users table now shows signal/reason content inline again instead of pushing everything to a separate details page.
    • Exit-chat reasons are surfaced as tags directly in the Signal column so teams can scan churn context faster.
    • Rows with no reason stay clean with a simple fallback, keeping the table readable at scale.
  3. Dashboard

One-click chat deep links from Drift

    • Chat tags in Drift are now clickable and open Conversations with user-based filtering.
    • Support and retention teams can jump from risk rows to chat history in one click without re-searching IDs.
  4. Dashboard

    Dashboard times follow your timezone

    • Conversation “Started” times, win-back follow-ups, and drift activity dates now read in your own time.
    • No more confusing offsets when you check the dashboard from a different country than your hosting region.
  5. Platform

Demo section on the marketing site

    • There is now a Demo page where you can schedule a short walkthrough with our team.
    • Pick a future day and time slot; we confirm by email and show how Retention Copilot and Drift fit your workflow.
  6. Dashboard

Smoother Drift views and faster bulk testing

    • Switching between Healthy, Risky, and Drifting keeps you near the user list instead of jumping back to the top of the page.
    • Bulk drift testing now streams events in one pass so you can exercise many accounts quickly, without stopping after each user.
    • You can still point the Retention Copilot widget at the same user id while you try things on one page.
  7. Developers

Stronger checks and clearer billing setup

    • More automated checks run before releases so public event ingestion and the embed harness stay stable.
  8. Dashboard

    Drift overview refinements

    • The Drift overview and user list stay aligned with what your SDK sends, including trends and top reasons people drift.
    • Moving between lists and tabs should feel steadier, with less jumping around while you work.
